Job description
SEIU Healthcare Michigan (HCMI) is seeking a Lead Organizer based in Michigan to lead organizers, implement strategies, and empower home care workers to address industry challenges.
You will build and maintain organizing committees, conduct campaigns, and represent the union in interactions with members and labor management. The role requires 2+ years in union organizing, strong communication, and a commitment to building a progressive labor movement.
