Job description
Open Select is seeking a Lead Unity Engineer to own the frontend and real-time backend for live shows, ensuring thousands of players stay synchronized. You will define the platform’s architectural direction and prepare to assume a formal technical leadership role as the team expands.
Required are hands-on Unity skills and deep experience with real-time infrastructure (e.g., Azure SignalR). You should have shipped products from zero to one and thrive in an early-stage, high-risk environment.
