Job description
Boehringer Ingelheim US is seeking an US Early Assets Eye Health Marketing Lead based in Ridgefield, CT with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days on-site. You will drive the US commercialization strategy for early eye health assets, leading asset strategy, value proposition development, and cross-functional collaboration.
This role requires deep knowledge of retinal diseases (GA, DR, DME, AMD) and strong market insights to translate science into commercial plans, forecasts, and launch preparations.
