Job description
Our client is seeking a Senior UX Designer with deep roots in regulated industries and a strong financial services background. This is a 6+month contract and hybrid in Boston, MA. Local candidates only.
What You'll Do
Lead UX strategy and execution across multiple, complex, multi-stakeholder financial products
Work fluidly in Figma – from early wireframes through high-fidelity specs and design systems
Design and prototype within Salesforce ecosystems
Partner closely with engineering and product to ensure designs are technically grounded and feasible
Experience
12+ years of UX design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates progression in complexity and ownership
Demonstrated experience in financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, or a similarly regulated domain
Hands‑on experience designing within or alongside Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or similar)
Technical Fluency
Expert‑level Figma skills - components, auto‑layout, variables, prototyping, and dev handoff
Experience using Claude Code and Claude Design
Able to read and interpret code (HTML/CSS at minimum); experience collaborating on design systems implemented in React or similar frameworks is a plus
