nWhere is the work:
nMonday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
n**What you will do: **
nnnDesign user experiences for new and existing digital applications.
n
nnCollaborate with product owners, developers, testers, stakeholders, and other UX team members in an agile environment.
n
nnCommunicate design decisions, rationale, and best practices to stakeholders at all levels.
n
nnContribute to design principles, guidelines, and pattern libraries.
n
nnSupport and help govern a unified enterprise design system.
n
nnStay informed on UX trends, research methods, and user preferences.
n
nnPartner with the UX Research team to interpret analytics, conduct usability testing, and support user research.
n
nnWork independently with strong ownership, initiative, and accountability.
n
nnAdvocate for design thinking, user‑centered design, and user research within the organization.
n
nnProduce UX deliverables including personas, journey maps, sitemaps, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and style guides.
n
n nWhat you will bring:
nnn7+ years of experience in user experience or interactive design for web and mobile applications within an agile environment.
n
nnBachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field.
n
nnStrong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
n
nnProficiency with tools such as Figma, Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
n
nnStrong portfolio demonstrating user experience design expertise.
n
nnAbility to work effectively with research partners, design agencies, and implementation vendors.
n
nnAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work.
n
n nKey Competencies:

nnAbility to facilitate design studios, workshops, and research activities.
n
nnAbility to balance business needs, user goals, and technical constraints.
n
nnExcellent written, verbal, and visual communication.

nnHigh attention to detail with the ability to produce clear, actionable design artifacts.

nnAdaptability, initiative, and ability to work independently.

nn(Preferred) Experience in HVAC or manufacturing, responsive mobile design, Salesforce or Adobe Experience Manager, B2B and B2C experience design, visual design, industrial design, or content writing.

n$90,900.00 - $164,675.00
