Job description
SGR in Carlsbad, New Mexico, seeks a Deputy Director of Utilities to lead water, wastewater, environmental, and solid waste operations and support major infrastructure investments.
Reporting to the Director of Utilities, the ideal candidate will have seven years of program management experience, NM Water Operator IV certification, and strong budgeting and personnel management skills. Residency in Carlsbad within six months is required.
