Oscar Health in New York City is seeking a User Experience Researcher to join our Insights and Analytics team. You will independently lead studies across consumer-facing AI experiences, turning human insight into clear priorities and better workflows.
The role partners with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Strategy to de-risk decisions and inform strategy. The position offers a hybrid work model with 3 days in the NYC office per week and a base pay range of $163,944 to $215,177
