Job description
Clair, a fintech startup delivering on-demand pay, seeks a User Experience Researcher to shape its product research foundation. You’ll build methods, run qualitative and quantitative studies, and partner with Product, Design, and Data to turn insights into action.
You’ll work in a hybrid NYC role, collaborate across teams, and bring experience in fintech or sensitive financial products, with hands-on use of Figma and prototypes to test ideas early and often.
