Job description
Workiva is seeking a Staff UX Researcher to empower product teams with data-driven insights. You will plan, conduct, analyze, and communicate qualitative, quantitative, and experimental studies that explore users, needs, motivations, and behaviors.
You'll collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to uncover opportunities and inform strategy, while mentoring junior researchers and defining best practices in research across multiple products.
