Job description
Rula is a remote-first company seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to deeply understand patient and provider needs and translate insights into product experiences that improve access to mental health care.
You will lead end-to-end studies, partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams, and shape research roadmaps to drive product direction in a fast-moving environment.
