Job description
Rula, a remote-first mental healthcare company, is seeking a Senior User Experience Researcher to improve the journey from first considering mental healthcare to booking and attending a first session.
You will lead studies end-to-end, translate patient insights into actionable recommendations, and partner with Product, Design, Data/Analytics, and Marketing to ensure decisions are grounded in rigorous research and patient understanding.
