Job description
KFC is seeking a Senior Usability Researcher to lead end‑to‑end user research across guest digital channels (app, web, kiosks, delivery marketplaces) and crew tools (POS, KDS, operations platforms). You’ll plan, run, and synthesize studies to inform product, design, and engineering decisions, partnering with teams to improve experience and operational efficiency.
Candidates should have 4–6+ years in UX research, strong qualitative skills, and experience with digital product research.
