Job description
Fidelity is seeking a Principal UX Researcher to shape product strategy by leading qualitative and quantitative research across initiatives. You will partner with Product, Design, and Content to uncover user needs and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve business outcomes.
You will design studies, drive projects to completion with little oversight, mentor teams, and contribute to a growing UX research community within Fidelity's enterprise UX function.
