Job description
Jet Direct Mortgage is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Underwriter for VA loans in Saddle Brook, NJ. You will review income, tax returns, and credit reports, manage a sizable pipeline, and ensure strict compliance with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines using DU/LP and Encompass.
Ideal candidates hold CHUMS certification with 5+ years FHA/Conventional underwriting experience and are proficient across underwriting systems, regulatory issues, and co-op/condo lending.
