Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, or Pre-Sales.
AI & Technical & Fluency: Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle). You operate as an AI-fluent operator, utilizing AI copilots to generate outputs and automations, avoiding heavy manual coding.
Builder Mentality: Comfortable setting your own direction within an account team. Driven to live for customer value , proactively hunting and ideating for highest-impact problems to solve.
Process Improvement & Value Realization: Proven expertise in executing process improvements for measurable business value.
Strategic Program & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated expertise orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs. Expert at mobilizing VP/Director-level sponsorship. Flawless English communication with commanding executive presence.
Domain & Industry: Understanding of the Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, or Clinical R&D domains and Life Sciences industry trends. You stay continuously updated on business-critical use cases.
Degree: Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor
The base salary range below is for the role in the specified location, based on a Full Time Schedule. Total compensation package will include base salary + bonus/commission + equity + benefits (health, dental, life, 401k, and paid time off). Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and that the actual total compensation offer will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, experiences, and location.
