Fundamental understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, RDS) to effectively engage in technical conversations with engineering teams.

Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Service Now, Rally, or Version One.

Demonstrated history of working on Technology Modernization projects, specifically involving AWS Cloud infrastructure.

Experience in Federal/State Health and Human Services (HHS) environments (e.g., Medicaid, Child Welfare, Integrated Eligibility).
