Job description
MorningStar Recruitment is seeking a Senior/Lead Value Stream/Continuous Improvement professional to spearhead Value Stream Processes for our client, an ESOP company with aerospace, medical, industrial & consumer markets, located north of Decatur, Texas.
The role includes leading daily operations, coordinating across shifts, and driving continuous improvements with strong emphasis on safety, 5S and standardized work. ESOP culture supports collaboration and employee empowerment.
