Job description
CVS Health Corporation is seeking a senior Varicent Functional/Technical Lead to support the Compensation team across Sales Incentives. You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Varicent solutions and ensure alignment with Total Rewards objectives.
Your deep experience with Varicent SPM, data reporting, and integrations will drive design, configuration, testing, and delivery of enhancements while mentoring the team and maintaining documentation
