Job description
CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Varicent Functional/Technical Lead to support the Compensation team across Total Rewards and HR business partners. You will manage design, configuration, and delivery of Varicent solutions to enable scalable sales incentives.
You will translate business needs into technical specifications, build reports and dashboards, and mentor teammates while collaborating with HR Shared Services across business segments.
