This is a hybrid role, and we are open to candidates in NY, NY. This position will require 1-2 days a week meeting with clients on site. US work authorization is required.

We're looking for a Senior VDC Engineer who wants more than coordination work - someone ready to lead digital delivery, influence clients, and shape how projects are built in the real world.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you'll own coordination workflows across complex projects - from early design through construction - while partnering with top-tier teams across the AEC industry.

Lead multi-trade BIM coordination across major commercial and infrastructure projects

Compensation and featured benefits:
The pay for this position is $100,000 – $110,000 , and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience
Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen)
Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen)
