Job description
Ford Motor Company’s Racing team is seeking a Technical Business Leader to drive a production vehicle program from concept to launch. You’ll manage engineering designs, milestones, and cross-functional risk, aligning with financial targets and supplier partnerships.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10 years OEM experience, and proven leadership in vehicle engineering or program management. This hybrid role is onsite most days with travel as needed.
