Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is seeking an ECVC associate at the mid‑ to senior level to join its expanding ECVC group in the Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Palo Alto offices. The practice focuses on representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions) as well as the funds that invest in them.
Clients range from newly‑formed startups to multi‑billion dollar technology market leaders.
