Our Client, a respected and relationship-focused community bank, is actively recruiting a Senior Vice President, Commercial Lender to lead commercial banking efforts in the Colorado Springs market. This high-impact role requires a seasoned Commercial Banker who is passionate about building long-term client relationships and investing in the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a growing portfolio of commercial clients
Originate and structure commercial loans in compliance with bank policies
Represent the bank in the community to drive business development
Collaborate with internal teams including underwriting and operations
Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial lending experience
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Must be based in Colorado Springs
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary:
$100,000–$140,000 based on experience
Annual bonus opportunity
100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision
