Senior Commercial Lender
Location: Fredericksburg, TX Area (Relocation Candidates Considered)
Position Overview
Our client, a well-respected bank with a strong relationship-driven culture, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to join its team in the Fredericksburg, Texas area. This individual will be responsible for originating and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial loans while serving as a visible and trusted banking partner within the local community.

Key Responsibilities
Originate, structure, and close a variety of commercial loans, including: Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Commercial & Industrial (C&I), Construction, Land Development, and other related commercial credit products
Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, real estate professionals, and community leaders
Proactively generate new loan opportunities through networking, referrals, and community involvement
Manage credit risk through sound underwriting, financial analysis, and ongoing portfolio monitoring
Collaborate with credit administration and bank leadership to ensure loan quality and compliance
Represent the bank at community events, civic organizations, and business functions
Qualifications
10+ years of commercial lending experience with demonstrated success in loan production
Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships
Experience across CRE, C&I, construction, and land development lending
Strong underwriting, credit analysis, and risk management skills
History of good career tenure and stability
Active or demonstrated involvement in the community
Ability to relocate to or reside in the Fredericksburg, TX area
