Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Location: South Florida
About the Opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing, private equity-backed healthcare services company. The organization has scaled rapidly through acquisition and continues to grow both organically and through M&A.
This is a high-visibility, CFO-track position reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer
Key Responsibilities
Own and elevate the FP&A function - budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting
Lead financial due diligence, modeling, and post-close integration for acquisitions
Serve as a key financial partner to the CFO and executive leadership team, including regular presentations to the Board and PE sponsor
Mentor and develop existing finance team members, including the VP of Finance and VP of Information Services, who will report into this role
Partner cross-functionally across a multi-site, geographically distributed organization
Gain exposure to treasury, risk management, and tax matters over time, with the opportunity to expand scope in these areas
What We're Looking For
12+ years of progressive finance experience, including significant FP&A leadership
Experience in a private equity-backed, multi-site healthcare or healthcare services organization
Hands-on M&A experience -due diligence, modeling, and integration
Strong executive presence and communication skills; comfortable presenting to boards, investors, and senior leadership
