Senior Vice President – USA
Compensation: $300,000-$400,000 annually plus discretionary bonus based on individual and company KPIs.

Responsibilities
Serve as Division Leader, carrying full responsibility and acting as the senior point of contact across all projects, client relationships, and internal operations.
Lead the division from pre-award through scale.
Compensation and Benefits
Circa $300,000-$400,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Very attractive annual discretionary bonus subject to individual and company KPIs; bonus potential is performance-based.
