Ridgemont Hospitality is seeking a reliable, humble leader with multi-property and brand-relevant experience to serve as the new Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations.

The Senior Vice President partners closely with ownership, executive leadership, and property management teams to develop long‑term operational strategies, maximize profitability, and foster a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
