Qualifications:
The ideal candidate brings 12–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in financial services or a highly regulated environment, along with strong expertise in total rewards, workforce strategy, and HR governance; a bachelor’s degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred.
Responsibilities:
The SVP oversees key functions including compensation and benefits, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and the Board on governance, policy, and regulatory compliance. This leader will foster an inclusive, high-performance culture, drive organizational effectiveness, and enhance the employee experience through innovative people strategies.
