Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Vice President, Store Operations to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.
This executive will lead a broad store operations network and shape the standards, execution, and performance of field teams across a geographically diverse footprint. The role will translate enterprise strategy into clear operational priorities, while driving consistent customer experience, compliance, and profitability outcomes. This leader will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership to strengthen execution, improve capabilities, and support long-term business growth.
Location: Atlanta, GA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $210,000 - $250,000 annually
Responsibilities
Set the vision and strategy for store operations, aligning with business goals
Lead and mentor six Regional Vice Presidents in performance and execution
Drive operational excellence through standards and measurable processes
Own performance outcomes across sales, customer experience, and compliance
Oversee store support functions to enhance field execution capabilities
Translate business strategy into actionable priorities for regional leaders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
15+ years of leadership experience in complex retail or operations environments
Experience managing large, geographically diverse teams and operations
Track record of achieving results through operational excellence and performance management
Strong financial acumen with experience in revenue and profitability oversight
Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders on strategic initiatives
Excellent communication and leadership skills
