Job description
The Hartford Steam Boiler, a Munich Re subsidiary, seeks a Senior Customer Insights Specialist to design, implement, and continuously improve Voice of Customer (VoC) programs across the enterprise. Hybrid Hartford, CT office or remote with quarterly travel to Hartford, CT; translate customer experiences into actionable insights.
You will partner with stakeholders, manage surveys, digital touchpoints, and AI-enabled experiences, and synthesize data for leadership.
