Sedgwick is seeking a Senior Vice President of Business Development Casualty to drive strategic growth, partnerships and market expansion across the casualty portfolio. The role leads a senior BD function, partners with executives, and shapes long‑term revenue goals while aligning with company strategy.
We seek a seasoned leader with 10+ years in claims/risk management, CPCU/ARM or equivalent, and a proven ability to win high‑value partnerships and manage large teams in a fast‑moving environment.
