Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Senior Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer (SVP CNO) to lead Lahey Clinic’s nursing strategy, uphold the highest professional standards, and drive safe, high‑quality patient care across the system.
This executive will partner with system leaders to align clinical operations with financial health, advance nursing education, mentorship, and research, and champion diversity, equity and belonging while guiding staffing, documentation, and quality initiatives.
