Job description
JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks a seasoned Investment Banking professional in Consumer & Retail to develop relationships with corporate and financial institution clients and work across M&A, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and capital raises.
You will lead deals as the primary point of contact, supervise junior bankers' analytics, and guide the creation of financial projections while identifying deal risks and coordinating with lawyers and counterparties.
