Job description
Hi-P International is seeking a Vice President / Senior Director of ESI to found, build, and lead the Early Supplier Involvement organization in Silicon Valley. This is a senior leadership role with global scope, responsible for strategy, org design, and talent development in CA and the US Northeast.
You will embed Hi-P engineers in customer design reviews 12-24 months before mass production, shape architectures around Hi-P's capabilities, and drive design-win pipelines with top OEMs.
