Job description
Kolter Hospitality Group seeks a Senior Vice President of Equity Raising to originate new equity capital for its hospitality real estate platform. The role focuses on sourcing, developing and converting investor relationships across HNW, UHNW, and family offices.
The SVP will drive new capital from pension funds and LP sources, communicating strategy, pipeline performance and risk/return profiles while working with senior leadership on fundraising priorities.
