Job description
Jewish Home seeks a Senior Vice President of Human Resources to provide strategic leadership for all HR functions across the organization, including recruitment, employee engagement, labor relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance, ensuring alignment with the mission and strategic plan.
The SVPHR will oversee teams, manage budgets, drive retention, and partner with the executive team to advance workforce planning, talent development, and innovative benefits.
