Job description
The Children’s Place seeks a VP, Intellectual Property, Marketing & Product Counsel to oversee IP and product-related compliance for the brand and its campaigns.
You will partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development, Design, E‑Commerce, and Digital teams to provide business-oriented legal guidance across the product lifecycle and manage litigation with outside counsel as needed.
