Job description
Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) seeks a senior M&A buy-side VP to lead the full investment cycle from offer preparation to closing. This role combines directing the investment team with hands-on M&A execution in a fully remote capacity.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in PE/IB/principal investing, strong modelling and deal structuring skills, MBA or equivalent, and the ability to travel when needed. NCA offers international exposure, development, and leadership opportunities.
