Job description
One GI is seeking an SVP of Human Resources to shape our physician-led organization. This is a strategic, hands-on role translating business priorities into a high-impact workforce strategy across multiple sites and states.
You will partner with executive leadership, align people, performance and growth, and lead recruiting, retention, leadership development, and the people side of integration as we scale. This role blends strategy with execution.
