Job description
Daxko builds the software that powers fitness, wellness, and community organizations—everything from member management and payments to digital engagement and analytics. From small studios to the largest associations, we help thousands of fitness businesses streamline operations, enhance member experiences, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
As SVP of Marketing, you'll lead the marketing strategy and organization for Daxko's enterprise health and wellness business segments. You'll own brand positioning, go-to-market execution, and the marketing P&L for your segments, with the independence to run your team and the collaboration to shape company-wide priorities with the CSO and Sales leadership. This role is right for someone who thinks like an operator, understands how marketing drives revenue, and wants to build something at scale.
What You'll Do
Lead a marketing organization spanning Demand & Revenue Marketing and Brand & Corporate Communications, setting the vision and holding your team accountable to pipeline and revenue targets
Own the marketing P&L for your segments, recommending annual budget planning, quarterly forecasting, and ROI to the CSO
Set brand positioning and messaging across all health and wellness segments, and keep it consistent across every channel once it's approved
Build go-to-market strategy for new segment launches and market expansion, including market analysis, channel prioritization, and success metrics
Partner with the VP of Demand & Revenue Marketing to set pipeline targets, demand generation strategy, and lead quality standards
Oversee public relations, analyst relations, and executive communications to build the company's market credibility and reputation
Report weekly to the CSO on performance and spend, and present monthly to the executive team and quarterly to the Board
What You'll Bring
12+ years of progressive marketing and leadership experience, including 6+ years in senior marketing leadership (VP level or equivalent) at a SaaS company
5+ years driving pipeline and bookings outcomes in a revenue-focused marketing or sales leadership role
A track record of building and leading marketing across multiple segments or verticals at once
Fluency in SaaS revenue metrics — MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, win rates, sales cycle, attach rates — and how marketing decisions move them
Hands-on experience with modern marketing technology (Salesforce, HubSpot, marketing automation, analytics platforms)
Strong executive presence, with experience presenting to a Board and defending strategic recommendations
Nice To Have
MBA or equivalent advanced business education
Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or adjacent consumer-facing B2B industries
Experience scaling a company through multiple phases of growth
Deep experience in enterprise software or subscription-based models with exposure to enterprise sales

Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the skills and competencies needed for the role. We typically reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for team members who have grown within Daxko. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other performance-based incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, recognition programs, and plenty of opportunities to grow your career with us.
The on-target-earnings (OTE) for this role is $216,600 – $348,100 per year.
