Job description
Associa is seeking an experienced Disaster Recovery Operations Leader to oversee construction programs across markets from Minnesota. You will manage a team, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements on projects managed in Procore.
Senior responsibilities include P&L ownership, vendor relations, purchasing coordination, and ensuring projects stay within budget. Expect extensive travel and on-site leadership in disaster response scenarios.
