Job description
Bridge33 Capital is seeking a Senior Vice President, Investments to lead its investments team and drive the firm's open-air retail strategy from Seattle. The role focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, and deploying discretionary fund capital to meet fund objectives.
You will own underwriting standards, build relationships for deal flow, and collaborate with Leasing, Asset Management, and other divisions to optimize portfolio performance. Travel as needed.
