High Country: Private Equity Search to place a Senior Vice President who will lead the investment lifecycle for Texas/Western U.S. real estate opportunities, from sourcing and underwriting through closing and asset management.
The role requires strong modeling in Argus and Excel, leadership of analysts, and the ability to build durable relationships with developers, brokers, operators and capital partners to drive value.
