Job description
Lightstone Group, LLC in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a Senior Associate/ Vice President, Structured Finance to manage the full loan lifecycle from term sheet through closing and to oversee ongoing portfolio monitoring and maintenance.
The role demands 5+ years in real estate or finance, exceptional analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate with lenders, real estate operations, legal and executive teams. Mentoring junior analysts will be part of the responsibilities.
