Job description
CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President to oversee growth and develop strategies for a local or regional appraisal practice in the Portland area. You will identify client needs, select valuation approaches, and prepare reports reflecting property characteristics and analysis.
Responsibilities include data research, collaboration with platform and experts, maintaining USPAP compliance, and mentoring trainees. Some travel across the U.S. may be required in advisory assignments.
