Job description
Green Recruitment Company seeks a proactive M&A leader to manage renewable energy asset acquisitions, lead term sheet and purchase agreements, and oversee due diligence, modeling, and closing activities through to FNTP.
The role works with EPC, project development, and project finance teams, reports to the Managing Director of M&A, and leverages a strong network of DG and community solar developers to originate and close high‑quality transactions.
