Job description
Infinity Natural Resources, Inc. seeks a Vice President of Corporate Development to integrate strategic planning with portfolio analysis, identifying and prioritizing M&A, divestiture, and grass roots opportunities.
You will screen opportunities, compare against the portfolio using NAV/IRR, and present to leadership. Lead AI-enabled tools development to speed decision-making and manage cross-functional deal teams through due diligence.
