Job description
Goldman Sachs is seeking an experienced attorney to support the Transaction Banking business. You will review and negotiate client contracts, maintain templates, and advise on regulatory impacts for TxB products and services across a global platform.
You will collaborate with business and legal teams, manage client communications, and coordinate with external counsel as needed. A J.D. and bar admission in NY or TX are required, with 3–7 years of relevant experience.
