Job description
Ares Management Corporation is seeking a Vice President to oversee US Logistics Development. You will lead development, redevelopment, construction, capital expenditure and tenant improvement processes for the East Coast industrial real estate portfolio.
Partner with in-house teams and contractors, manage land acquisition budgets and due diligence, and drive financial underwriting and reporting for projects.
