About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Vue.js Developer to lead frontend development efforts, with 8 to 10 years experience drive architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers. You will play a key role in building scalable, high-performance web applications using Vue 3 and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain complex, scalable frontend applications using Vue 3 and the Composition API
Define and enforce frontend architecture standards, coding practices, and best practices across the team
Lead code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to architectural guidelines
Manage application state effectively using Pinia or Vuex
Implement and optimize client-side routing with Vue Router
Design and integrate REST APIs, ensuring robust error handling and data flow
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks; optimize rendering, bundle size, and load times
Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers, providing technical direction and career development support
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
Contribute to technical decision-making, including tooling, libraries, and system design choices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Vue 3, including the Composition API
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Deep understanding of state management patterns xqrzhdi using Pinia and/or Vuex
Solid experience with Vue Router and complex routing scenarios
Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIs
Strong grasp of frontend architecture, design patterns, and scalable application structure
Experience conducting and leading code reviews
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve performance issues
Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience with unit/integration testing frameworks (Vitest, Jest, Cypress)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tooling (Vite, Webpack)
Exposure to microfrontend architectures or design systems
